Each piece is created by GlitchTextiles founder and artist, Phillip David Stearns using bytecode from Foundation's smart contract implementation on the Ethereum blockchain.

Foundation is pioneering a creative economy where artists have direct control over the price of our work and our resale markets, and where collectors can be financially rewarded for their early support of an artist. It's kind of like a stock market, but for co-prosperity between an artist and their supporters like you.

To collect one the new GlitchTextiles works, you can purchase with a credit card at the piece's current trading price, or you can buy a token representing the work with a cryptocurrency called Dai. You can then either redeem the to get the work itself, or trade back to the market as the piece's value fluctuates for fun and profit! So why buy just one token, grab a few when the price is low and HODL!
